Refund policy

At Raeta, we hope your piece arrives exactly as intended.

Each release is produced in small, artisnal batches. If a return is necessary, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Because our solid perfumes are personal and limited editions, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

All original inclusions must accompany the return — including Polaroids, printed materials, edition elements, and packaging components. Returns must be complete.

To initiate a return, please contact studio@raeta.co with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
